He is a great person—very understanding of my requirements and always ensured that all details and information were shared with me in a timely manner. He was consistently prompt in responding to my queries. After the purchase, my profile was handed over to Dhruvika, who has been equally communicative and helpful in addressing all my questions. Recently, there was a Godrej event that my mother and sister attended, and Dhruvika took great care of them, which I truly appreciate. Lastly, during my onsite visit, Neha gave me a walkthrough of the property. She was very professional and humble throughout the interaction. My intention in mentioning all these names is to sincerely thank each one of you for making this journey so smooth and for always taking such good care of my requests. Talking about the property, its at a prime location, 7 km from Gaur city mall, loved the sample flat, pricing is fine since Godrej is a brand and i am sure all the amenities and everything will be world class. "Think 100 time before investing. "Big name, small deeds.” I am quite disappointed with the lack of follow-up and clarity on this issue. This level of negligence is not expected from a reputed organization like Godrej Properties. I am writing to formally follow up on the pending refund of ₹1,00,000, which is still outstanding from the total amount of ₹10,00,000 collected from me. As discussed earlier, ₹10 lakh was taken from me during my visit, out of which ₹9 lakh has already been refunded. However, the remaining ₹1 lakh, which was collected on 2nd November during my first visit, is still not refunded."
